You will assist the Building Control Manager to ensure that the council’s statutory obligations are fully met in all aspects of this service. Undertaking a workload of professional cases and inspections you will also assist in the development, policy and technical changes of the service.
With a relevant professional qualification you will have extensive experience and knowledge of building control legislation, building construction and technology.
