Fixed-term for One Year
Based at Melton Hill, Woodbridge, this post will provide key support for both Suffolk Coastal and Waveney District Councils by delivering a multi-skilled function for all aspects of Strategic and Commercial Partnership Management and resilience across both authorities.
The post holder will pay a key part in the management of current and future strategic and commercial partnership arrangements (DC Leisure, Spa Pavilion, Marina Theatre Trust, Sentinel Leisure Trust. Halesworth Campus, Discovery Family Centre and Beccles Sports Facility), playing a key role in maintaining and developing strong relationships, providing robust governance and primarily supporting key project management and options appraisal works being undertaken by both Council’s in line with the current strategic direction.
You will have experience of working in local government in Leisure management or strategic function, with property management and operational services skills a key element. Proven ability in corporate/partnership working, including consultation and negotiation and strong relationship management and engagement skills are essential.
