Suffolk Coastal District Council is offering a training opportunity
Paid Student Placement – £13,189 per annum
Do you have the enthusiasm and determination to succeed in Environmental Health? If so, we would like to hear from you.
Applications are sought from students studying on CIEH-accredited environmental health degree courses for a paid 12-month placement starting on 6th July 2012.
Based at Suffolk Coastal offices in Woodbridge you will undertake a structured training placement to ensure that you meet the requirements of the CIEH Experiential Learning Portfolio/Portfolio of Professional Practice, your own University’s placement requirements and our own in-house requirements.
You will also be expected to assist the Food and Safety Team to fulfil their food/shellfish sampling programme.
In return we can offer practical training in a rural environment with opportunities for payment of training costs and travelling expenses.
