Based at the Town Hall, Lowestoft or Melton Hill, Woodbridge, you will manage Project Teams on behalf of Waveney and Suffolk Coastal District Councils. You will be responsible for the successful delivery of large development projects within the local area (initially Lowestoft), which are likely to bring significant investment and also lead to the creation of additional jobs, the improvement of skills and educational attainment for the Councils.
A proven track record in delivering regeneration or large development projects is essential as well as knowledge of funding organisations, grant schemes and the structure/operation of local government.
Excellent communication and effective marketing skills are also required. A current driving licence is necessary as there will be a requirement to travel.
