Service Manager – Short Term Services for Adults, is an interesting, fast paced and varied role, leading the Integrated Intermediate Care Service, Care Management function and short term provider services.
We pride ourselves on our integrated pathways with health and we need the post holder to have a proven record of effective partnership work.
We are looking for an inspirational and energetic manager with sound operational experience to give leadership and help shape the future of the service. Our expectation is a manager who focuses on quality whilst maintaining effective team performance.You will need to be an outstanding communicator, have excellent interpersonal skills and sound evidence of leadership and decision making.
Candidates should have a social care qualification and significant management experience.
