If you are ready for an opportunity to use your excellent customer service skills to build strong working relationships in a fast-paced environment then the Deposit Guarantee Scheme is for you.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual to provide the vital link between landlords and applicants in our busy and expanding team. You will contact landlords to make arrangements for viewings and signups, carry out property signups and use your excellent communication skills to advise applicants about the Scheme. This role involves liaising with a variety of different teams and outside agencies in order to provide the best possible service to both applicants and landlords, and your commitment to a high standard of customer care is essential. You will need to be a highly organised lone worker, with the confidence to visit applicants in their own homes. This role requires an awareness of the current issues and legislation affecting private sector housing, although further training will be provided. You will have a proven track record of managing a varied workload, as well as a flexible and innovative approach to your work. A full UK Driving Licence is preferable.
