The Intensive Family Support Team is an innovative project working as part of the Government’s Troubled Families Programme to improve the life chances of families with complex needs.
We are looking for an additional Key Worker to case manage and undertake direct work with families. Although the majority of the working hours are in normal office hours there is likely to be some work outside normal office hours depending on the needs of families.
You will need to have good assessment skills, be able to manage risk and put in place plans to meet the needs of families. Being able to remain calm and collected when families are in crisis will be critical to enabling families to move forward.
