The Governors of this very successful 11-18 Comprehensive School seek a Head of Learning Support Department (SENCO).
The successful candidate will be excited by the opportunity to undertake this important Middle Leadership position and will have an excellent track record in ensuring that their students achieve as highly as possible, will be a strong classroom practitioner, will have the ability to lead a team effectively and will have experience of working with young people with statements/on the SEN register. We are looking to appoint an energetic and enthusiastic colleague who is keen to join a learning community where innovation is encouraged and success celebrated. The school is situated in an extremely pleasant location 40 minutes from central London by train and well served by local road, rail and other transport links. There is also available on site newly refurbished living accommodation which can be rented for up to 11 months.
