We are looking to recruit a Financial Control Officer into the Financial Control Team at RBWM. Working as part of this team you will have the opportunity to gain experience in a variety of areas of Local Authority Finance.
You will ideally have gained experience of transaction processing, reconciliations and interrogating the financial ledgers of an accounting system within a local authority. You will have excellent spreadsheet and analytical skills, be a good communicator, team player, and be willing to learn new skills. Minimum Qualifications needed are 5 GCSEs or equivalent, to include Maths and English. Prior experience of working in a finance department of a local authority would be desirable.
