You will provide effective and influential leadership of planning obligation negotiations, leading in pre-application discussions and giving advice to developers. Tracking the delivery and monitoring the implementation of obligations, you will ensure consistency of outcomes and secure maximum financial and environmental benefit to the community.
With membership (or eligibility for membership) of the Royal Town Planning Institute, you will have experience of negotiation in significant development projects in the private and public sector. You will also have knowledge of setting, monitoring and reviewing performance standards to obtain high quality service delivery.
