Social Care in Peterborough has undergone a transformation in the way it conducts its business and manages performance. We’ve restructured, relocated and we’ve grown our establishment and are looking to fill a number of additional posts. We are implementing a comprehensive quality assurance programme which will set challenging standards for all our services.
We require a Quality Assurance Manager who is a qualified practitioner, to co-ordinate the analysis, learning and development of practice. The person appointed will also have an understanding and experience in auditing and complaints.
