The boards have recognised the benefits of having a joint chair and are looking to recruit a confident, creative, experienced professional to bring leadership, vision, challenge and objectivity to the role of chair.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for safeguarding to maximise the benefits to each board being jointly led in taking safeguarding to the next level.
You must have a professional qualification in one of the core disciplines represented on the board, at least 10 years post qualifying experience and have been employed at a senior level within the statutory or voluntary sector.
Applicants must not have been employed by any of the agencies represented on the board for at least 2 years.
Interviews will be held on 5 February 2009 in Peterborough
