Your focus will be on developing a clear framework to ensure that children and young people are involved in decision making throughout Children’s Services and across Peterborough’s Children’s Trust Partnership. You will also lead the development and manage the implementation of the Engaging Children and Young People Strategy.
With proven experience of working in partnership to develop and implement strategy, you will have the ability to engage and motivate children and young people to get involved in shaping services and decision making. You will also be able to demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the Change for Children agenda and good practice in relation to engaging children and young people.
