You will support the Head of Inclusion to develop and deliver our vision, values and strategic objectives for Children’s Services. This will involve taking the lead on a range of services aimed at supporting and raising the achievement of children and young people with additional learning needs, contributing to our Narrowing the Gap programme.
Of graduate calibre, with a relevant professional qualification, you should have strong leadership and management skills and experience of using them in a special educational needs service. A track record of working successfully with the parents of children with special educational needs is essential, as is the ability to meet tight deadlines in a complex, pressurised environment.
