Initial Assessment Team carries out Initial and Core Assessments, S47 enquiries and LAC, private and public law work in the initial stages. Children in Need Teams work with children at risk of becoming looked after, those on a Child Protection Plan or who need ongoing social care intervention
We provide high quality learning and development to staff as well as effective supervision and performance management oversight. This post is subject to an enhanced CRB clearance and GSCC registration.
