To provide financial and operational management of reactive maintenance to property assets to facilitate Statutory and Regulatory compliance, to ensure buildings are ‘fit for purpose’ and to prevent interruption to service provision, all in accordance with the Council’s Financial Regulations and Contract Procedure Rules in order to deliver maximum VFM.
