The post will require providing procurement advice and guidance to the Adult Social Care team within NCC. Developing and delivering procurement strategies aligned to the service area. Candidates will demonstrate historical delivery of benefits through innovative procurement, be of graduate calibre and hold or be studying for a CIPS qualification.
