By delivering a high standard of customer service, tailored to meet the needs of a diverse range of customers and enquiries, you will be coach and mentor to a team of Customer Advisors, Weekend Assistants, volunteer colleagues and local community partners, such as a Friends Group, ensuring they are aware of and understand service direction. Through the day to day operation of the library you will work to achieve your libraries’ individual service targets demonstrating a pro-active approach to income generation and service success. Please note this post requires enhanced DBS clearance
