You have a key role in leadingand shaping the delivery of outstanding customer service at your Library Plus,delivering and developing your service as a hub of community life, working withpartners and other agencies in your locality. With a strong performanceculture, you will be expected to deliver on service performance targetsincluding income generation and events and activities management. There issignificant opportunity for innovation and you will lead and inspire a team ofcustomer advisors, assistants and a growing cohort of volunteer colleagues. Youcan expect strong coaching and mentoring support from your Area Manager andgreat satisfaction from delivering vital local service with the fullinvolvement of your customers. You will also gain a lot from involvement oncountywide developments
