You have a key role in leadingand shaping the delivery of outstanding customer service at your Library Plus,delivering and developing your service as a hub of community life, working withpartners and other agencies in your locality. With a strong performanceculture, you will be expected to deliver on service performance targetsincluding income generation and events and activities management. There issignificant opportunity for innovation and you will lead and inspire a team ofcustomer advisors, assistants and a growing cohort of volunteer colleagues. Youcan expect strong coaching and mentoring support from your Area Manager andgreat satisfaction from delivering vital local service with the fullinvolvement of your customers.
