Area Support Officer
£22,001 – £23,473 pa Ref: 25219
Working within the Local Engineering team you will provide communications support for team members by capturing and monitoring all enquiries. The role will include processing any complaints that may be received and taking them through to resolution. You will work closely with the Area Delivery teams, Customer Service Centre, and various staff members across the Highways department to ensure an efficient service.
