Housing Occupational Therapist for Newham Home Improvement Agency

Newham HIA is looking for a part-time (18 hours) Occupational Therapist to join its small team of specialist housing OTs. You will have knowledge and experience of disabled adaptations in both private and public sector housing. You will be interested in the aims and objectives of a busy and lively adaptations service and in working closely with our team of Surveyors and Caseworkers to meet the needs of the diverse population of the Olympic Borough. Newham HIA can offer a supportive environment for personal development.

There is also a possibility that this could be a full-time post, with 50% of time spent working in the Adult Social Care OT Team. Newham HIA is developing an Accessible Housing register and would welcome candidates interested in this expanding area of their work.
