Admin Assistant/Receptionist

We are seeking to appoint an administrative assistant/receptionist who will be responsible for managing the school dinner monies using the SIMS Dinner Money Module. Other duties will include welcoming visitors, dealing with enquiries and assisting with the general administration of the school.
Good communication and people skills are essential as you will be the initial contact for parents, children and visitors to the school. Confidentiality must be maintained at all times.
If you have:
Good computer skills
Good knowledge and use of MS Office and Excel
Experience of SIMS Dinner Money Module and SIMS.net (desirable)
The ability to work in an organised way and to be able to prioritise work
A good sense of humour
then this could be the position for you.
