Humberston Park School would like to invite motivated and enthusiastic individuals to apply for this newly created role to support the Well Being and Health Care needs of pupils with Complex Medical Needs.

The role will be both challenging and rewarding. We are seeking applications from people with a commitment to securing high levels of service to these pupils in order for them to access educational and therapeutic programmes.

The school is committed to an Integrated Practice model. The job therefore entails combining classroom support with carrying out essential health care procedures.

We offer a professionally led service, support from friendly and sociable teams, opportunities for ongoing professional development and effective supervision. Successful candidates will be subject to a 3 to 6 month induction and probation period supervised by the Schools Specialist Nurse alongside a member of the Leadership Group.
