The successful candidate will:
• be an excellent classroom practitioner with high expectations of pupil achievement at all levels. Key Stage 1 experience is desirable, but not essential;
• have an understanding and experience of successful strategies for raising standards and driving pupil attainment;
• be inspirational and creative;
• be able to effectively lead, manage and support a team;
