Hereford Technology School is entering an exciting phase in its continued development. With a new build which will open in Autumn 2010 we are at the forefront of educational transformation in North East Lincolnshire.

We are seeking to appoint a dynamic and inspirational Teacher of Media and English. You will either have a good track record of excellent classroom practice and sustained added value outcomes for students or be an NQT with the potential to achieve such results. You will have energy and vision to build on current progress and have ambitions for yourself and our school.

The possibility of a TLR allowance for a whole school responsibility may be available for a suitably qualified candidate. If you wish to apply for both you need to submit an application form for the post of Teacher of Media & English and follow separate instructions for the additional application for the TLR allowance. However, if you wish to only apply for the teacher of Media & English post your application will not be disadvantaged.

Hereford Technology School is the only school within North East Lincolnshire to make continued academic improvements over the last 10 years and for the thirteenth year running to have been part of the SSAT’s ‘most improved schools’ club’. Last year we improved our A*-C headline figure by 16%. We aim to build on this success.
