The Referral and Assessment and Family Support Services in North East Lincolnshire Council are high quality, high performing, innovative services that require high quality, high performing, innovative Social Workers to join our teams.
The Referral and Assessment provides a “front door” time limited assessment service across the broad range of social care referrals and the Family Support Service offers longer term intervention and support to children and families in need, subject to child protection plans or looked after by the local authority. Our performance on meeting timescales on initial and core assessments is amongst the best in the country. Timescales are only part of the equation. We are even more concerned that the quality of our services meets the needs of our users. Our committed staff group enjoys excellent relationships with key partners and we are always seeking ways to improve our services.
