Yarborough Primary school has a vacancy for a catering assistant to be part of a team that delivers healthy meals to our pupils. The role involves routine preparation and basic cooking of food stuffs, preparing and clearing designated dining areas and serving a range of healthy meals to our pupils.
Some paperwork relating to the school meals service may be required.
An understanding of food hygiene regulations and health and safety including COSHH would be an advantage. Basic literacy, numeracy and good communication skills are essential.
