Main Purpose of Job
We are looking to appoint a Casual Residential Care Worker to work as a member of a team of staff caring for a group of children and young people in a residential setting. To ensure the welfare of the residents by providing supervision, care and control of the young people in accordance with the Council’s policies and procedures. To maintain records in accordance with the Children’s Homes Regulations. To assist in implementing the National Minimum Standards for Children’s Homes.
