Main Purpose of Job
Medway is one of the largest urban areas in the south-east, only 30 miles from central London. The council has ambitions for Medway the place and Medway the council, and the adult learning service is a key strand to realizing that ambition.
The successful candidate will lead the organisation’s quality improvement activity and will be responsible for:
• Delivering outcomes against the Service Quality Improvement Plan (SQIP).
• Achievement of Quality Standards
• Management of the Self-Assessment Process
• Learning and Development
• Policy, Innovation and Development
You will have up to date knowledge of quality standards required in adult and community learning by the SFA and Ofsted, and knowledge of nominee duties and strong analytical skills with qualitative and quantitative data processing.
