Managing both estates and street properties, you’ll deal with anti social behaviour and tenancy enforcement, working in partnership with residents and consulting with them on a wide range of issues. You’ll use your positive and innovative approach to meet tough quality standards and drive constant improvement in customer service.
Ideally, although not essential you’ll already have some knowledge of housing management, including dispute resolution and regeneration. You’ll be advising people and resolving complex issues, so you’ll need excellent interpersonal and communication skills. It is also essential that you hold a current driving licence and have access to a car.
