| Location | This role will be site based in the Stratford and surrounding areas for the first year. Beyond this, the role will be based at Foots Cray, Sidcup, Kent DA14 5HU but a degree of business travel is required to visit sites across the L&Q estates. | ||

With previous experience within the social housing sector you will use your skills to liaise and support residents through the improvement programmes and act as the link between customers and contractors, ensuring that residents are made aware of scope of works and timescales. Day to day responsibilities of the role will include organising marketing events in the community, attending site based meetings, conducting site surgeries for residents, acting as the central point of contact for residents and contractors during improvement works, undertaking resident profiles and undertaking home surveys and completing relevant paperwork.
You must possess good people management and interaction skills along with your proven initiative, innovative and positive approach ensures that the tough quality standards we expect are met and drive constant improvement in customer service.
Due to travel involved within the role and the fact the some of the tenants are considered to be vulnerable, the successful candidate will have previous experience of identifying health and safety issues within occupied properties, possess their own vehicle and a relevant driving license.
