Reporting to the Property Services Manager, you will help monitor the quality of the West Neighbourhood’s responsive repair contractors. You will lead a team of surveyors who are responsible for the day to day reactive maintenance service in the West Neighbourhood.
You will be liaising with residents and contractors, so excellent communication skills and a commitment to high levels of customer service are essential.
Ideally you will have practical experience of building maintenance in housing and a supporting technical qualification. Previous staff supervision experience is essential for this post.
It is essential for this post that you are a Car owner/driver.
