In this key role you will provide a high quality and caring responsive maintenance and voids repair service. Reporting to the Property Services Manager, you will help deliver the Region’s reactive/voids in line within the organisation’s policy and be responsible for a team of Property Services Surveyors.

As you will be liaising with residents and contractors excellent communication skills and a commitment to high levels of customer service are essential. You will need to have previous experience of building maintenance in housing.

You will need to have knowledge of housing maintenance contracts in a responsive and void repairs environment alongside experience of successfully managing an in-house multi-disciplinary team, budgets and finance.

It is essential for this post that you are a car owner/driver.
