An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Tenancy Services Team at Gabriel House for a member of staff to act as first point of contact for customers in relation to re-housing enquiries. The post holder will also assist the Team Leader in ensuring our vacant properties are re-let within our target times and in accordance to our annual lettings plan.

We are looking for someone who is:-
• A competent administrator (with administrative experience).
• An excellent communicator.
• Experienced in providing excellent customer service.
• Has an interest in lettings issues.
• Able to prioritise and manage a demanding workload.
• A car owner/driver (casual car user mileage paid).
