This role forms part of our Property Services structure and is a key function of our continuing commitment to providing a responsive customer based service for our residents. You will be involved in maintaining communal areas within our blocks and on our estates, carrying out small maintenance repairs as well as carrying out communal cleaning and grounds maintenance work, health & safety and security.

You should be capable of carrying out a variety of small jobs and working effectively as part of a team and under your own initiative. Trade, Gardening or Locksmith experience would be an advantage although not essential.You must be a good communicator and be willing to learn new skills as the service adapts to the changing needs within the Neighbourhood. You will need to work on your own initiative and be self motivated to organise your own time effectively. You will need to be proactive in your daily activities and aware of safe working practices.

It is an essential requirement that you have well developed communication, written, numeracy and IT skills, hold a full driving licence and have access to a vehicle on a daily basis as this role requires the post holder to be mobile (travelling to various sites).
