This role forms part of our Neighbourhood Tenancy Services structure and is a key function of our continuing commitment to providing a responsive customer based service for our residents. You will be involved in working within occupied properties and dealing with communal areas within our blocks and on estates, assisting with grounds, safety and security.

The role will be rewarding as you will provide a dedicated service which will focus on essential repairs and continual improvements to our properties and estates.

As an experienced tradesperson, you will be capable of carrying out a variety of small jobs and working effectively as part of a team and under your own initiative. Gardening and locksmith experience would be an advantage although not essential.

You must be a good communicator and be willing to learn new skills as the service adapts to the changing needs within the Neighbourhood. Ideally with a relevant trades background, with proven experience, you will need the initiative and self motivation to organise your own time effectively, and should have well developed communication skills.
