When you look for a new employer, choose somewhere that cares as much about its staff as it does about its customers. Like L&Q. For eight years running now, we have been listed by the Sunday Times as one of the top 100 companies to work for in the UK. While we’re very proud, it only confirms what our staff have known for ages, that we have long placed a strong emphasis on staff training, welfare and development. L&Q is a charitable housing association offering people the chance to buy or rent homes throughout London and the South of England.
As part of the Contact Centre, a passion to achieve excellence in everything you do in your role will be vital to the success of L&Q.
To compliment the structure we have here, we are now looking for a person that can use our new workforce planning software and our telephony system to provide the optimum staffing levels at all times, assess both long and short term capacity planning, scheduling leave, 121’s, training, breaks, lunches, assessing the impact of absences and allowable absence going forward. All this dovetails with the need to hit our service target
Your excellent communication, analytical, influencing and relationship management skills will be used daily as you will be accountable for producing reports to senior management on the outcomes of your analysis.
Previous workforce planning experience is essential and you must a proven track record in this field. Whilst we operate a Contact Centre environment, we rely on some Call Centre measurements to evaluate the performance of our staff and our service.
If you have not heard from us within 10 days of the job closing please assume you have been unsuccessful on this occasion.
