L&Q is a charitable housing association offering people the chance to buy or rent homes throughout London and the South of England.
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the tenancy services team for a member of staff to act as first point of contact for customers in relation to re-housing enquiries. The post holder will also assist the Team Leader in ensuring our vacant properties are re-let within our target times and in accordance to our annual lettings plan.
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate they have experience in dealing with the allocations and lettings process. The successful candidate must be able to prove they have excellent communication and customer service skills.
The ability to produce results and deal with a demanding workload means that the successful candidate needs to be able to work under pressure and prioritise their work effectively.
This post reflects the Trust’s commitment to giving our customers more choice and opportunity in relation to finding a suitable home. This role is crucial to meeting this commitment.
A driving licence and access to a car are essential requirements of this post.
