Working as part of the team you will identify land and development opportunities as well as overseeing the very popular Street purchase property programme.
You will carry out financial feasibilities and use your sound judgement to identify the good opportunities and not waste time on the hopeless. You will demonstrate a sound knowledge of the financial framework of RSL development, the planning system and various procurement routes for building works.

The delivery of the development programme will be crucial; therefore it is essential you have experience in development. This will include a successful track record in the delivery of complex housing projects, from inception to completion involving all aspects of the development process.

For this post you will need good problem solving, communication and analytical skills. Also effective business planning skills, project Management skills and a high level of computer literacy (Excel and Word).
