An exciting opportunity has arisen to lead the First Steps L&Q Team. First Steps is government funded which delivers a wide service in partnership with MHO, designed to help Londoners find affordable homes to own and rent. It is the largest service of its kind, dealing with over 40 affordable housing providers, with a database of over 70,000 customers accessing the country’s biggest programme of affordable new homes.
The successful candidate needs to ensure that L&Q successfully deliver’s its Home Buy Agency contract and must have experience of building and developing successful relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, managing staff, delivering events, interpreting data and compiling reports, developing and implementing strategic business plans. It is essential that you are able to demonstrate previous experience within a similar role.
L&Q is one of the UK’s largest Housing Associations, working with local authorities in London and the South East and managing over 60,000 homes. Formed in 1963, L&Q now employs more than 1,000 staff in different locations.
