We are here to ensure that our customers are easily able to purchase further shares in their shared ownership homes, change their mortgages, extend their leases or borrow more money and protect our interest in our homes. We also progress Right to Buy, Right to Acquire, Social Homebuy, Shared Equity & Mortgage Rescue transactions. Dealing with customers, solicitors, mortgage lenders, valuers, financial advisors and other internal departments you will need to have experience gained from a housing or legal service background. You will need to be organised and pay attention to details in everything that you do. Exceptional customer service skills are essential and a focus on customer satisfaction together with getting things right first time.
