For five years running now, we have been listed by the Sunday Times as one of the top 100 companies to work for in the UK. While we’re very proud, it only confirms what our staff has known for ages, that we have long placed a strong emphasis on staff training, welfare and development.

Working with your team you will develop and implement effective stock grading and appraisal systems to ensure that we make the right decisions regarding the management of our homes. You will take the lead in the development of the Groups supported housing stock option appraisal working with our Neighbourhood housing teams.

It is essential that you are a first class communicator with experience of successful staff management.
