An opportunity has arisen in extended services for an experienced person to join the Advice and Involvement team. We are a very lively, friendly and effective team and we are looking for someone who is keen to join us and enhance the service.
The person who is successful will be required to implement elements of Section 12, Children Act Duties and will be responsible for coordinating and updating information for all internal and external customers on the directory. The post holder will monitor the quality, performance and administration of all elements of the Directory, as well as carrying out regular consultations with all users in the community.
The post holder will manage and develop new and existing systems and processes to ensure the CSD is fully utilsied as a ‘First Stop Shop’ for information for the 0-19 age range as well as families, cares and professionals. The post holder will work in partnership with other members of the team, to raise awareness of the CSD and organise and implement consultation events regarding the benefits and expansion to ensure we are meeting S12 standards.
The post holder will be based at Sliver Birch House, Walthamstow, Blackhorse Lane.
