EDUCATIONAL DIVERSITY:

3 x Level 2/3 SSA (32.5 hrs term time only – actual salary = £10,830 to £11,801.86 + SEN allowance for appropriate qualifications / experience)

Educational Diversity wish to appoint three enthusiastic, self-motivated and flexible Support Assistants to provide consistent support to our students.

We are a split site provision, catering for students between the ages of 6 and 16, with either medical, emotional, social or behavioural difficulties. The successful candidates will become part of a strong and forward thinking team, aiming to provide high quality education in order to facilitate re–inclusion back into mainstream provision.

You will be working with the most vulnerable and challenging students who have been excluded from or are unable to access mainstream school.

It is essential that you have had experience in working with young people and have excellent communication skills in order to form and maintain positive relationships with disengaged young people in a variety of settings.
