Parking Analyst

PO4: Starting salary £37,851 pa rising in annual increments to £40,506 pa incl.LW

Parking Services has an exciting opportunity for a Parking Analyst to join the service. As a Parking Ananlyst you will work closely with Senior Management in developing the long term strategy of the service and you will carry out research and business analysis which will identify key performance improvement initiatives and good practice. In addition, working with key service areas you will help develop policies and working practices which are customer focused and can deliver improved customer experience and operational efficiencies.

You will have proven experience of working in a customer experience driven service with the ability to demonstrate a strong understanding of customer experience methodologies. Equally, you will be highly computer literate and able to extract data using various reporting software such as Crystal Reports and SQL and have knowledge of parking systems and processes. You will also have a proven track record of working with Senior Management and stakeholders with the ability to negotiate resolutions to ensure service delivery from the customer perspective and overcome cultural inhibitors.

Working knowledge of change management will be a distinct advantage as the role will involve working closely with project managers to implement transformational projects within the service
