PO7 Fixed term contract 18 months – Starting salary £46701 pa increasing in annual increments to £49452 pa incl. LW

We are implementing the Northgate Housing Customer Services module… Lambeth Living manages 29,000 properties in one of London’s most diverse, enterprising and vibrant boroughs. We are looking for talented and enthusiastic people who are passionate about providing good service. Lambeth Living is starting a project to implement the Northgate Housing Customer Services & Task Manager modules to manage contacts from residents (CRM), complaints, anti-social behaviour, disrepair claims, and tenancy checksWe are looking for a great project manager with expert knowledge of the Northgate Housing system and its Customer Services Module to manage this exciting project. The successful candidate will have a proven record in project management and great interpersonal skills
