Team Leader

The New Work Connections project aims to increase the potential and economic activity of those furthest away from the labour market in Conwy, particularly economically inactive social care service users.

This post will provide support, advice and guidance to help individuals take the first steps towards work, learning or training, thus improving the regeneration of Conwy.

The post holder will provide full line management support to approximately 6 staff.

A good standard of general education.

The ability to travel throughout the borough of Conwy is essential.

The ability to communicate in both English and Welsh is advantageous.

Bwriad y prosiect Taith i Waith yw cynyddu potensial a gweithgarwch economaidd y rheiny sydd bellaf i ffwrdd oddi wrth y farchnad lafur yng Nghonwy, yn enwedig defnyddwyr gwasanaeth gofal cymdeithasol anweithgar.

Bydd y swydd hon yn darparu cefnogaeth, cyngor ac arweiniad i helpu unigolion gymryd y camau cyntaf tuag at weithio, dysgu neu hyfforddiant, ac felly’n gwella adfywiad Conwy.

Bydd deilydd y swydd yn darparu cefnogaeth reolaeth atebol lawn i tua 6 o staff.

Mae’r gallu i gyfathrebu yn Gymraeg a Saesneg yn fanteisiol ar gyfer y swydd.
