We are currently looking for a part time Team Assistant working 17.5 hours over 5 days based in Ealing to provide secretarial, administrative, data processing and clerical support to the Finance Department and PA to Finance Director.

You will provide typing and general administrative support including filing, dealing with mail, archiving, follow-up-systems, maintaining nominal ledger journal files, copying, collating and distributing monthly management packs. You will be responsible for maintaining the holiday spreadsheet and updating the team attendance records. You will also provide cover for the PA to Finance Director when required and occasionally take minutes.

This role will require an individual with demonstrable office and administrative experience including minute taking, accurate typing skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills. In addition, you will have excellent IT skills including proficiency in MS office packages (Excel and Word are essential) and accuracy in updating financial databases.

This is a very busy environment and therefore the successful candidate must be able to prioritise their work load, work to strict deadlines and work well independently as well as part of a team.
