Job Purpose
In conjunction with the Business Systems Manager and with limited direction, the Systems Support Analyst will undertake analysis functions including but not limited to specifying and documenting business requirements, configuration of information systems, coordinating & planning application system testing, designing and publishing training documentation and delivery of regular training sessions, use business applications for the monthly production and analysis of SLAs and activity reports.
The role will involve a degree of interaction with the technology service providers that supply services to Ochre House.
The ideal candidate will then autonomously configure and support a range of applications such as TalentLink, Avature, i-Grasp and others.
The role will involve project based work as well as identifying and strengthening current processes.
You
A background in Analysis and drawing conclusions from complex data situations
Well developed communication and presentation skills
A background or experience of delivering training / support
Ability to understand, map and review complex situations and look for ways to document, clarify and re-engineer for efficiency
Advanced knowledge of Excel to macro level, Visio and MS Project advantageous
Knowledge of CSS, HTML and SQL advantageous
A self starter / ability to work unsupervised / resilient
Well organised
Personable with the ability to be influential / persuasive
Ability to work under pressure in an ever changing pressurised environment
A detailed approach to systems and processes
Developed interpersonal skills and the ability to relay technical information to non- technical audiences is a key pre-requisite
