Main Duties & Responsibilities

To provide a diverse range of administrative and secretarial support across the Council’s Law and Governance Service, which includes, Democratic Services, Legal Services and the Corporate Secretariat

Essential Criteria

  1. Courteous professional and committed to providing excellent levels of service.
  2. Excellent interpersonal skills.
  3. Enthusiastic, proactive, flexible, self motivated and self supervising.
  4. Able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
  5. Accomplished user of ICT for correspondence, documents, spreadsheets and presentations.
  6. GSCE grade C or above in English and Maths.
